You know that marriage equality is something that Austin and I care a lot about, and we are still thinking of ways to incorporate this into our April wedding. On that same vein, I wanted to take to this blog to brag about how amazing my future husband is and all the good work that he has been doing in New Orleans to promote the "It Gets Better" project. "It Gets Better" is a video series to show support for at-risk LBGTQ teenagers being bullied by their peers. Austin helped to organize an event in November for this cause and just held another event this past weekend with hundreds of supporters.
